TFK Logistics’ aim is a safe and secure workplace for our employees. This includes both the physical and psychological environment. We support our employees to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
Despite having an active working environment with low levels of sick leave and staff turnover, we are always looking to improve.
This engagement often extends beyond the workplace. As a company, we have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment both inside and outside the workplace.
We are also working towards a sustainable neighbourhood where we engage with a number of local organizations.
TFK Logistics works actively to reduce the direct impact of our operations on the climate and the environment. We do this because we want to contribute to a better climate for everyone around us and friends far away. Colleagues, family, clients and partners can rely on us to advocate for the most environmentally-friendly alternative whenever it is economically viable. It is imperative that we personally live up to the high standards we set for our supplies and clients in our everyday work.
Our sustainability principles take working conditions, human rights, business ethics and the environment into account. We want our guidelines to encourage all parties, just as we are inspired by you to constantly expand what we can do together to improve the environment.
TFK Logistics encourages and supports all suggestions and ideas which may lead to reducing the impact of emissions and noise pollution on the environment and our surroundings. We, our suppliers and our clients will follow the environmental rules which apply and work on an ongoing basis towards the long-term, global climate goals that the UN has set to be achieved by 2050. The intention is that they will limit the impact of human damage on the climate.
Sweden’s transport sector should no longer be reliant on fossil fuels by 2030. We are therefore offering our clients sustainable and future-proof solutions using less or no fossil fuels.
For us, a successful business and a sustainable future go hand in hand. Sustainability is about balancing several perspectives – economic, environmental and social – and doing so for the long-term.
TFK Logistics requires its partners to comply with applicable competition laws and reject all forms of bribery, corruption and money laundering. We work actively to enable our partners and clients to comply with the applicable laws and rules in the countries in which they operate. We have also begun working to improve the supply chain, and sustainable suppliers are a priority for us.
TFK Logistics’ absolutely largest environmental impact is through the shipments that clients order. Helping clients to choose more environmentally-friendly alternatives for their transport solutions enables us to have a major impact on the environment.
Our aim is to show clients the total CO2 per transport alternative. We also want to offer all clients competitive transport alternatives that are entirely fossil-free. We are working together with our suppliers to achieve this.
TFK Logistics works proactively towards a motivating work culture that encourages creativity, engagement, and results.
We want to play an active role in the local community and engage with at least three relevant organizations.
CleanSea is a Swedish organization that collects litter from the sea, primarily plastic.. We are premium sponsors and CleanSea will collect 300kg per year on behalf of the Träfraktkontoret. Since a large part of our business is marine shipping, it is important to us that we contribute to ensuring cleaner oceans.
We also sponsor the Gothenburg City Mission and are “Friends of Gothenburg”. This supports vulnerable families with food and clothing through the City Mission.
In addition, we sponsor night patrollers in Gothenburg. Night patrollers provide safety for young people through their presence in cities in the evenings and nighttime.
